The MS Project project plan Chris Graham put together to communicate tasks
around replacing our web server and installing the new firewall... is all too rare
a deliverable provided by service providers. I can't tell you how many times major contractors
and service providers... have had opportunity to significantly clarify and avoid
confusion on projects... with something as simple as this, and either never bothered
to take the time, or didn't have the capability of doing it. Chris (did this)...
to create transparency that will enable change coordination on this end, especially around the
web server transition. It will make a huge positive difference in our ability to assimilate
and respond to (KTL's) needs around these changes (KTL is) effecting on our behalf.
To get this from a shop much smaller than the big guns...
