Today marks the one week anniversary of the launch of the new MPBN
website... I do want to thank each and every one of you for a fantastic performance.
The outcome of every major IT project I’ve ever done has been directly proportional

The MS Project project plan Chris Graham put together to communicate tasks
around replacing our web server and installing the new firewall... is all too rare
a deliverable provided by service providers. I can't tell you how many times major contractors
and service providers... have had opportunity to significantly clarify and avoid
confusion on projects... with something as simple as this, and either never bothered
to take the time, or didn't have the capability of doing it. Chris (did this)...
to create transparency that will enable change coordination on this end, especially around the
