Taylor Pohlman

Taylor Pohlman joins Know Technology as Vice President, Managed Services with responsibility for the definition and management of KTL's Managed Services offerings. Taylor recently returned to Maine after serving as VP, Global Subscription and Support at Autodesk, Inc. the leading producer of design software, where he managed the World-wide Subscription business, nearly doubling it to $700M during his time there.

Taylor's career spans over 25 years of high-level management experience in the computer industry, spanning all aspects of the personal computer and workstation hardware and software business utilizing both direct and indirect channels. In addition to Autodesk, Taylor has held senior positions for leading companies such as Apple Computer and Sybase, and has extensive entrepreneurial experience as founder and president of several software companies, including venture-funded Forethought, Inc. Taylor's line management experience includes worldwide organizations with manufacturing, sales, marketing, development, and distribution and support functions, including enterprise and developer support. Taylor was a founding member and twelve-year principal in the consulting firm of Rohner & Associates, working with a wide variety of high technology clients on the channel worthiness and readiness of their services and product offerings. As an advisor and board member to technology companies, Taylor has also helped dozens of companies achieve their plans and their potential.

Jonathan Ross

Prior to joining KTL, Jonathan worked with several companies in technology fields in both employee and consultative roles, helping them shape and implement sensible IT infrastructure and policies with an eye toward individual business goals. He holds several industry certifications with a focus on networking and Unix/Linux administration, and studied computer science at Central Maine Community College.

Patrick Rowling

Before joining Know Technology, Patrick worked for five years as the DSL Coordinator and Level II support technician for a local, independent ISP. In addition to his customer service skills, he held a Wireless Field Service Engineer certificate and performed maintenance and installation of point to multi-point wireless network equipment.

Miguel Ortiz
Technical Account Manager

Prior to joining Know Technology, Miguel worked for a Technology support company providing small businesses with technical support solutions. He also worked for a Maine based bank, managing their network and telecommunications infrastructure. Miguel holds a BS in computer science and has over 15 years of experience in IT with a primary focus on network infrastructure as well as Windows network maintenance and support.
