KTL is a Camden and Portland-based IT Solutions and Support Services company.
KTL was founded in 1998 as a quality Network System Design and Security Services
provider for medium-sized businesses in New England and throughout the U.S. KTL has
expanded its operations several times in recent years to support continued growth.
These expansions have included adding an office in Portland in 2001, acquiring a
development and hosting company in 2003, and creating a state-of-the-art data center
in 2005.
By providing exceptional levels of service, the company has grown at an
annual rate of approximately 50% since its establishment. KTL's client base is
primarily located in Northern New England, with 15-20% of revenue generated from
clients outside of New England in any given year. KTL's primary service region
is growing to match that of our primary vendors' regional offices.
Who is Know Technology? – Know Technology is an IT Partner, not a vendor. KTL's
entire staff works to create solid, long-standing relationships with clients by building
an understanding of both their technology and their business needs. KTL works extremely
closely with their vendors' regional staff, providing feedback and assisting with events.
What does Know Technology deliver? - Know Technology delivers efficient and timely IT
solutions and support services that create new value for their leaders, for their employees,
and for their customers. KTL works with clients to find ways to decrease IT budgets spent on
maintenance, thereby allowing those IT budgets to be spent on providing new value. This is a primary
deliverable of Infrastructure Optimization services.
